Langley is the best place to live in the lower mainland! Located just east of Surrey and just West of Abbotsford, we're neither too close to Vancouver, nor too far. Access to downtown Vancouver is possible in 30 minutes depending on traffic but you'll notice a tremendous price difference in properties as well as a different climate! Because we're in the valley, we don't see as much rain! That's a bonus!

I live in Walnut Grove and it is such a beautiful, quaint little neighborhood that feels like a small town. You run into your neighbors when you go to the grocery store; everybody smiles and is tremendously friendly! You can walk absolutely everywhere on the walking trails throughout the neighborhood. We're located right beside historic Fort Langley which is developing into a major tourist attraction with adorable boutiques, specialty shops and restaurants, and trendy hang outs! A must see!

There are actually TWO Langleys. Langley Township and Langley City. The Township is the larger of the two surrounding the City core. Between the two we have approximately 125,000 in population and growing.  We're not a quiet little rural town anymore! Each Langley has it's own municipality, mayor and City Hall.
